Excellent location, sea water quality good, pool good, plenty of parking, sunbeds insufficient for number of tourists and the sauna/steam room does not work.
The hotel itself is adequate and functional. Food mediocre but Thai restaurants local to hotel.

酒店環境不錯，沙灘也安靜，平時的價格入住不錯。

附近711很多。步行500米，有很多小飯館，藥店，massage店鋪。這里是度假區，外國人隨處可見。居民見的不多。
酒店景色不錯，海景房也很好，衞生也挺好的。空調外機的聲音確實吵。之后我又住了旁邊的the sign hotel.海景房，the garden view hotel 性價比高。但是兩家酒店都有陽臺，房間與陽臺是玻璃推拉門，所以隔壁講話都能聽見。其他的，都挺好的

Отдыхаем в этом отеле уже не первый раз, нравится расположение, сам отель, есть собственный пляж, тихо спокойно удобно большая красивая территория недалеко рыбный рынок рядом различные кафе русской и тайской кухни. В отеле проведён небольшой ремонт, поставлены цифровые замки. как нам показалось море стало чище дно не такое илистое и углубили его , увеличили пространство огороженной буйками.

小紅書上推薦的一家花園酒店，泳池特別乾凈很好玩！性價比高！旁邊就是真理寺，房間特別大！還有海灘可以走走，聽著海浪聲入睡很幸福，包含早餐價格不貴，希望有機會能再去玩玩

So , I’ve been staying in this hotel for many years , no less than 50 nights in total , and this times is the worst . The reception people insist that we have to pay 2000 baht cash for deposit , or we can’t check in , it took me 10 minutes to drive the car out , find an ATM machine , withdraw cash and come back , please notice that because we’re always staying in the same hotel so we’re familiar with the surrounding . It’s 6:30pm , it’s just me and my daughter , with one tiny luggage case , we drive to Pattaya from Bangkok , and you look at the room , what in the room worth 2000 bath ? And why it has to be cash ? These days the online payment is also used more and more regularly in Thailand , and normally hotels is charging credit card for deposit . I can’t understand why the reception staff is so stubborn , their deposit rule is just stupid like hell … I can give them my passport first to check in the room first and go to withdraw cash on the way for dinner , unfortunately , nothing works for them , has to be 2000 baht cash … nonsense .
